Very good with excellent location
Very good hotel with a superb location. The rooms and bathrooms were clean. The only downside of this hotel is that rooms are slightly small, and they do not have any wardrobes inside the rooms. Overall, nice and pleasant stay for a couple of days in Barcelona!

Excellent affordable choice for a short stay
A nice central, and well connected hotel for a couple of nights/long weekend. Everything was mainly in working order, with the absence of a few creature comforts such as a mini fridge and a completely opaque toilet door that only started to irritate us after the first couple of nights as a couple of friends who were spending all day together and needed a place to chill out and have our own space. All in all though, a nice enough place with lovely staff and no glaring problems! Ideal for an affordable weekend stay.

The general condition of the hotel is very poor. However inisde the rooms are very nice and very clean. The noise from other rooms can be heard as if it were in the same room.

Location is great. Price is good. Facilities are ok. Construction going on now (January) and it's very noisy; website didn't mention anything about noisy remodeling. Acoustics are worse, you can hear everything and everyone in your floor, very uncomfortable at night.

I like the cleanness, the comfortable bed and friendly staff. The hostel is just 5 minutes walking to the metro station and in a very safe area. 10 minutes ride in the metro to la Rambla and very close by metro to most of the tourist attractions.

Friendly little hotel in the heart of the city
Great hotel for the price! Easy walking distance to city centre and attractions. Friendly staff that are terrific to talk to! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a budget friendly hotel. The room was very small but clean. Noisy street so you can hear people talking in the street in the middle of the night. If you are a heavy sleeper like me it won't be a problem.

Quick stopover in Barcelona. The hotel was in a good location but not much around the nearby in terms of restaurants, etc. Was a bit hard to find at first. Service was friendly and the room size was amazing.

Street Noise
Hotel was fine, but location is very noisy, from late night to early morning. Needed the windows open for air, which let in street noise from below. If hotel could put a fan or AC in the room, allowing comfort with windows closed, then noise wouldn’t be a factor.

Good for the price, great location
I liked this hotel. The location was amazing - central enough, but not crowded. My room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. I did find that water leaked spilled out onto the bathroom floor when using the shower, but I put some towels down and that solved the issue. My only real complaint is that if you get a room facing the street of the entrance, you can hear people outside talking/yelling and garbage trucks until the early AM. Earplugs and jet-lag solved the issue, but I can see this being intolerable for light sleepers.

Shower curtain clung to the person in the shower and did not contain the water in the tiny shower stall. Water flooded the bedroom floor and our luggage. Will not be returning here.

This hotel is located at 7 min. walking distance from the metro. Newly refurbished it was very clean. It is located on a side street so quiet for sleeping time. Restaurants and food shoping at walking distance. Simple, easy and perfect!

Good value but far from main attractions
The hotel met my needs and was a good value considering the high hotel rates in Barcelona. I had a basic room but it was clean and had good Wi-Fi. Most people visiting Barcelona will have a problem with the location because the hotel is located far from the main areas of Barcelona. The Metro is outside zone A and you have to pay for another ride (and switch trains) once you reach the Zone A boundary.

Bed Bugs
It was fine, but there were definitely bed bugs in my room. When I brought it to the attention of the front desk, they tried to tell me that it was just mosquito bites. Would have preferred to not have to worry about potentially tracking bed bugs home. :/

This hotel is what you paid. It has not an excellent location but you can move around. The whole hotel it is nice as well as rhe rooms, nice and clean. The only little bad think is that the actual rooms and showers are really really small. It could be an option to stay.
