The property was very nice! There were a few homeless areas nearby that made us feel a little less safe when walking to the Metro.

Great hotel for the price in Barcelona. We wanted to be in Poblenou, away from the more crowded neighborhoods and Voraport was a great option! I’d give 5 stars if the room had a mini-fridge (tap water in Barcelona does not taste good and we wanted cold water in the room) and if the shower door stayed closed (difficult to keep bathroom floor from getting wet when showering). The neighborhood is lovely but keep in mind you will need to take transportation to the major attractions; they are not in walking distance for the average tourist. We bought a metro pass and had no issues using public transportation to get around the city. I definitely recommend this hotel as a mid-priced option in a quieter neighborhood that still has a lot to offer.

Professional and friendly staff who accommodated our early arrival with diligence and professional service. Room was always well serviced with a strong water supply to the shower. Only disappointment was no kettle in the room.

Great place to stay.
The staff was very polite and helpful. The manager Miss Yañez was extremely helpful, even helped us book an excursion. The hotel is very centrally located.

Very modern space and competitive price. Great location close to many options for local food. Didn't appreciate the slow reply of the reception during the check-in. Had to call several times and cleaning team starts its job a bit too early with the disadvantage of a noisy wakeup for some guests.

Quiet location, great for access to the beach and easy access to the main sights. The roof top pool and 360 degree view are a bonus.

Great hotel! Breakfast buffet was excellent! Very secure, I felt very safe here. Just a few blocks down the street there was plenty of restaurants. At the corner there was always taxis available. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Very clean with tile floors, but small and limited room. No microwave or refrigerator. Fine for place to sleep, but not even a good chair to sit in; only a desk chair at small desk. Not good for remote office work for WiFi is unsecured.

They have a great breakfast and nice pool - but they foist this weird sort of " we are being ecological" aire off - and in fact they scrimp - it's like a motel 6 in the room -the control the air conditioning at 20c - not 19, not 18 and give you a thick duvet and a hard elongated pillow - so you are hot or cold. Then too, you have to ask for a bottle of their not reusable paper bottles of water - lined with plastic anyway - I travel a lot and would avoid this like the plague. So really nice staff - others were jerky control freaks

Great stay, would definitely recommend. However, our shower had a leaking issue. Other than that, the staff was friendly, it was very clean and safe, and the pool area had a great view.

This is a clean and pleasant hotel near the beach (10 minute walk mostly on a high pedestrian walkway with plenty of shops and restaurants). The breakfast buffet is extensive and top deck is lovely. I wish the deck would open at 7am (but it doesn't open until 9am).

Great Hotel, Great location
Your staff are brilliant, the room was lovely and clean and everything worked. Any time i will be visiting my customer in Barcelona, this hotel will always be my first choice.. The only little thing, I would add, it would be good if there was water jug up in the ironing room....shows how good the hotel, it is if this is my only criticism

Toilet leaking and continued to flushing. Told staff when checked in. Still leaking when left 3 days later. Staff not very friendly and caring. Also, room wasn't cleaned one day even we were out all day. Area is not walking distance from central tourist area. Need to take Metro - 5 stops. Much better options available for the rate.
