This holiday rental is a former dairy converted into a beautiful holiday home! You will be charmed by the decoration of its interior, and, its garden designed for good moments of relaxation and pleasure! This holiday rental with a swimming pool is approximately 2 km from the village centre of Barbentane. Barbentane is a small village, perched on the northern slope of the Montagnette massif. Nestled in the hollow between two natural barriers, the village has a rich cultural heritage. Located near the famous city of Avignon, listed as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO, for its famous Papal Palace and its famous Saint-Bénezet Bridge! For the most sporty, residing in this Provençal farmhouse with a swimming pool, a 6-hole technical golf course is located approximately 1 km from the dwelling, 2 municipal tennis courts in the Montagnette and numerous mountain bike departure points, walks on foot in the Montagnette or in the Alpilles. EXTERIOR You will enjoy the garden of this magnificent Provençal farmhouse with a swimming pool! This very pleasant Provençal farmhouse benefits from: A beautiful enclosed and tree-lined garden of 1800 m2\. An electric gate A 130 m² terrace facing full south, shaded by a pergola. A beautiful heated swimming pool with a relaxation area (10x4, depth from 0.25 to 1.45m) secured by an Alarm system and a non-approved fence. The garden is beautiful and the pool is lovely. One of the four bedrooms is a loft, not a separate room and you can't close the door. (3 separate bedrooms and 1 sleeping loft with 2 single beds). The beds are good, air cons work well and spacious bathroom and well equipped kitchen. The owners stay on the property and stay in a space behind the house, they pass through the garden several times a day. We were not bothered by it but it does feel like less privacy because they can arrive at any moment. The communication with the owners was not so easy, they hardly speak English. Due to a carelessness of one of our children, we had a short discussion with the owners who were completely in French for us to solve things that way. It didn't feel like a warm welcome or goodbye. The cleaning costs are not mentioned separately on the description ##### Berte S.
