I was quite surprised that I had been given such a room without any prior notice or confirmation, especially since I had booked the hotel in advance. Seeing my dissatisfaction, they offered to change the room, but I no longer felt like moving. Moreover, the hotel does not have an elevator, and I would have had to carry my suitcase up the stairs to another room, as the standard rooms are located on the upper floors.
