I'm visiting from United States I booked months in advance ask for up stairs room was emailed back saying they look into it ok that's fine. I'm on vacation you know rest and relaxation they are having construction done and they put me in the part of the building that is being worked on every morning hammering cutting and people talking outside my room did I say I was booked for 7 days. « Very helpful staff, gave us sound information on both the sightseeing and transportation. Location was very quiet, walking distance to historic Vigan. We had a problem with the booking on the breakfast which was included in our Hotels.com booking which was quickly resolved at the front desk and I did not have to go through the torture of trying to remotely communicate with Hotels.com. Cannot say enough good things about the staff, we stayed three nights and all were pleasant, helpful and...

« The hotel lobby looked good but when we got to our rooms, there was musty smell even in the hallways. The rooms are dark and uncomfortable. The rooms had molds, there was no cable tv. Their pool and recreation area were non-operational, which was misleading since their website is outdated and didn't mention any of these information. »
