"Wow what a great find! Friendly staff that helped answer all of our questions and reset our key when needed. Clean and spacious room that looked recently redone was so comfortable and perfect for our stay. I look forward to staying here again. "

"Everything was good, but we booked this hotel for my sons bday weekend , and our main thing was the “indoor heated pool” as is advertised on Trip advisor . The pool was cold , the kids where shivering . We couldn’t enjoy the main thing we went there for . The staff offer to send someone but they said “but that’s the temperature “ . Also the hotel send text messages to rate the stay , I told them about the temperature of the pool and responded , “ Thank you for sharing that information. I apologize that the water wasn't to your liking. I hope you have a nice afternoon. The place is clean , rooms are well maintained and equipped with everything we needed . But I would not book this hotel during winter time, I think is I not fear to pay for false advertising. "

"Everything was wonderful but need to replace the sofa bed very uncomfortable to sleep but other than that I’m satisfied "

"Breakfast was a BIG disappointment…cold and bland …the room was good and staff very nice but you really shouldn’t be charging people for that breakfast "

"Not a 4star property. It is all rather tired. We expected our room to be made up each day - didn’t happen. Breakfast comprised of stale pastries, sausage patties and potatoes that were barely warm and had been standing for too long. The coffee was undrinkable it was all counter service and clear your own table Not 4 star standard by any stretch of the imagination. Bed was very soft so we did not sleep well and left after breakfast today feeling nauseous "
