Cosy, rustic house ideal for big families and groups of friends.

The house is a historically relevant, listed building situated in the old town of Bansko. It was built at the beginning of the 1900s, and we have kept a lot of the original wood and stone work and layout. The house has a lovely rustic feel and gives the authentic atmosphere of a traditional Bansko house. Situated on a quiet street, but it is only a 5-minute walk from the old town center and square, you will be close to restaurants, bars, and shops, as well as family-friendly activities. It has a lovely garden with beautiful flowers in the summer, an outdoor sitting area, and ski /snowboard storage room.
The house is self-catering - it has a fully equipped kitchen ( kettle, coffee-making machine, microwave, oven, dishwasher ). We have 5 bedrooms spread across 3 floors. Downstairs, you will find a large living room/dining room and the kitchen, as well as a small toilet. On the second floor, there are 3 double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, and a sitting area. On the third floor, there are 2 bedrooms - one with two single beds and a large room with 4 single beds and a bathroom with shower. The house is great for families and big groups up to 12 people.
