Hidden gem in Bangkok
Khun Tu was very helpful. The staff prepared the bed according to our request. All the staff are polite. Will stay here again!

While the property initself was good, the limited breakfast option was disappointing. Staff were courteous when they wanted to be. Would I stay again - I think there are cheaper and better options available which I would consider next time around. Having said that, no complaints with the property itself.

A very comfortable stay at Rongratana
Our stay at Rongratana was a family trip. All of us found our suites & studio room very nicely decorated, spacious and comfortable. The staff is very polite and very helpful. We will surely recommend Rongratana to other friends, and I will surely stay here again in future.

The location of Rongratana cannot be beat. The property is a reasonable walk to many of Bangkok's premier shopping centre's. The rooms are spacious and represent a good value for money. The Hen and Egg restaurant located on site is an excellent choice for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Hotel reception staff were polite, courteous and helpful. Housekeeping is excellent as my room was spotless.

Reception staff are courteous and efficient with minimal time spent checking in. Rooms are very clean. The Hen and Egg restaurant is very good for casual dining.

Lovely and comfortable stay. We had problems with our door and got locked out of the room. Not ideal when you have kids and they need to go to bed. Staff did what they could to get it sorted. Found the chap on the front desk in the day time lacking in friendliness.

Cosy hotel
A nice place in a quieter neighbourhood but yet still accessible to BTS station in 5 mins. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Good for family
2 bedrooms with a small kitchen is perfect for a family. The location is great, but as the hotel is a really small one, most taxi drivers do not know how to get there, thus it will be good to give him the address instead of the hotel name. Furnitures in the room are obviously quite old, with stains on the sofa covers.

Clean, comfortable and classy hotel
Almost 1,000 sq foot 2 bedroom suite that felt like home. Location is near all the high-end malls. Street was not traffic compared to other streets. Staff was super friendly. Tons of massage/spa around and a nice Starbucks as well. Overall good experience.

Roomy, clean and fresh
Had a fantastic stay at Rongratana during two nights. The location is very close to the shopping area around Central World and it's not hard at all to get to the more cultural areas of the city. Closeby is also convenient stores such as 7Eleven as well as Starbucks. The room was very fresh and clean, although the AC weren't amazing but still did the job. Overall, the room was nothing short of fantastic and I'm very pleased with my stay.

Pleasant stay at Rongratana
Pleasant stay at Rongratana. There's a couple of malls nearby before the BTS. If you are planning to walk it might take about 15-20 minutes. Only issue I faced was during check-in, the receptionist insisted that I have not paid for the room. In the end, I paid twice and now waiting for Rongratana to do the refund.

A lovely hotel with great service and helpful staff. My family had a very enjoyable stay in a two bedroom apartment. The hotel honoured our requests on room specifics and only thing we found a bit lacking were the breakfast options.

Excellent condition studio. House keeping very good, they supplied me with free refreshment drinks each day. I left my charger in the room on check out and they contacted me about it. They didn't have a spa pool as advertived but they do have a roof top pool and gym with roof terrice. Hotel grounds are not to great, but the studio rooms are perfect for the price of NZ$95

Good value for a family suite
The suite is clean, spacious, adequately furnished and equipped with simple kitchen facilities. The location is convenient, just 5 minutes' walk from Central World. There are certain details that need to be improved, though. The WIFI is too slow. The drain of the bath tub is blocked. The TV is not properly tuned.

Stayed here for one night before heading home and were more than happy with what we got. Was a little more than we needed for one night but was nice to treat ourself. Breakfast was served direct to your room though it did arrive after the time that we had requested. There was plenty of choice for breakfast. Swimming pool was quite small. We asked if there was anywhere we could shower after we checked out and before we headed to the airport and unfortunately there wasn't. Close to Siam shopping area and not too far from the BTR stations.
