The hotel's location makes it easy to access from BTS, and the layout is absolutely beautiful. It's an oasis in the middle of the bustling city. I felt like I was back in the Andaman Sea islands! They did forget to leave clean towels one day when they cleaned, but all it took was a quick 2-minute walk to the office and my towels were being delivered by the time I got back to our bungalow. My family would absolutely stay here again!

Lust w. Trees & shrubs street, nice pool, clean bed rooms, but A/C n TV remotes didn’t always work well. Bathroom could use an uplift. Pretty efficient and good location, 12 mins walk to train.

The air conditioner was leaking lots of water. It would have been nice if the hotel had more amenities like hair dryer, hair brush, toothbrush, etc.

Think twice before you book
The booking was for a Deluxe Bungalow with pool view per the listing. The hotel put us in a standard double room which was listed at $27. We talked to two different staff members and they were completely rude and kept saying we only paid the lesser amount due to using our free night. We would not recommend this place to anyone. This is due to rude staff, and pictures posted on the listing that don't match the accommodations.

We specifically asked for A/C and wifi, but WIFI is terrible and worst, A/C is not working, and after 2 days moved to a new room. Terrible experiences, night shift staff, Yvonne, also not nice.

People are friendly and nice, but the room was very small for 2 people no drink water, wet small bathroom. We were looking forward to swimming in the pool, but it’s crazy strong chemical water. My eyes, skin, hair was so painful. Could not breath properly it was sad.

Found the staff very helpful and obliging . Room was very clean and roomy. Most facilities in room and cleaned very day. Pool was clean and plenty of room to swim in ,with the spa jets. The resort is situated not far from the main Tesco shopping centre and handy to the BTS station,Bus Stop and Cinemas.

I like that they had an English speaking desk receptionist. It’s walking distance to the train station and century plaza mall where you can dine cheaply. Princess Cafe is right across the street and my parents and I had breakfast there everyday coz staff speaks English n friendly and the cafe is cute, cozy and peaceful. Bed comforter had a stain and also the pillow case. The toilet seat was not screwed so it moves side to side whenever you seat. The bathroom/toilet physical layout was terribly designed, water from the shower goes all the way to the toilet floor and the drain was not that good. My father actually told the desk receptionist to put tiles and improve drain in their bathroom for their future guests 😀 Overall, the area is quiet and the pool is a great place to hang out just to relax from tiring day.

After riding a taxi for a long time to get there from the airport, especially it was already after 3:30am, we were told they had 3 out of 5 toilets broken and they had to send us somewhere else (Grand Living Place) to stay... they told me I could have bottled water, but charged me for it and although the staff at the hotel gave me some money to cover the night stay at the Grand Living Place, after we got there, the money was not enough to cover that night, so I had to pay extra myself to cover that night while Resort M Bangkok kept my payment. To make long story short, my daughter had a medical emergency as soon as we got to the other place, the staff at the Grand Living Place speaks extremely limited English. I asked for help to get her to the doctor or a hospital, the staff kept saying “tomorrow”, and it was 4:30am! I even used google translator to show him what I needed, he still refused to help. He kept gestering “sleep”. I demanded to talk to his boss, he gestured that she was asleep. I was devastated for not able to get help... I finally got a taxi and got my daughter to the ER. She got treated and is doing better now, thank the Lord! After that kind of mis-treatment and experience, I asked to cancel my reservation with Resort M Bangkok and was told the hotel refused to refund my money for the first two nights. So I had to pay two nights to Resort M Bangkok for their own problematic toilets, and I had to pay myself for the other place! Avoid both places at all cost

Overpriced small concrete boxes. My room had a lot of mosquitoes. This place also wants you to pay a 1000 baht deposit just in case you steal or break something. I asked the front desk staff if they ever had guests that did this and they said "No". If that is the case, why make every guest feel like they are a potential criminal when they check in? A really stupid policy and an absolute sign of management or ownership who clearly doesn't understand the hospitality business.

Very honest Hotel Staffs
Resort is not facing main road. The Room is smaller than expected, but is exactly same as picture provided. Swimming pool is public in the middle of all Rooms. Overall is fine. Hotel Staff is very honest although we have left out valuable belongings, item still can be found and collect. Room have mosquito, not too sure is it surrounded by plants, but we have felt the price is cheap and we have a one night stay for transit to another city. At night was noisy that made by other guests, where guests from other room is swimming and making noise in the swimming pool area, which is just next to our room.

Everything was as expected or above. I know this place and kind of knew I wouldn't be disappointed,and I wasn't. This is a great place if you want to discover Bangkok AND be in a quiet area.

Nice quiet place outside the busy part of town but easy to get around by bts. The owner of the princess cafe across the street was very kind and the food was very delicious.

We four friends booked rooms via Expedia, out of them three has got upgraded room and one has got standard room. when we asked for up-gradation for fourth we have been informed that we need to pay 1000BHT extra for it. since we are not having any cell phone with us we asked to help for Expedia contact or if they can help us to call Expedia. they have denied to do it so. Apart from it there was no soap and basic bathroom facility available, moreover wi-fi connection was too bad. rooms were aslo not maintained properly, overall it was very bad stay for us...

Careful what room you choose
Be careful what room you book. The standard room is awful. It's attached to the office and dirty! We refused to stay once we saw the room. The bungalows look great tho. We didn't stay they didn't have one available. The location is a bit weird. Difficult if you don't have transportation. Definitely not a place you can walk to and from.

Good service and a comfortable stay.
The staff were very helpful and they gave us a free upgrade so we really enjoyed our stay. On the downside the WiFi was terrible and the pool was too deep for young children, but overall I would be happy to stay there again.

Ok place is getting renovations
We first got there and they didn't have the room available. So they upgraded us to a better suite. Which I thought was nice. The second day they told us our room was available and we had to move. That is kind of inconvenient. Then they moved us to a dingy room that had no working WiFi, despite a wide antenna right outside our room. I complained they said it was the only room available... blah blah blah. Save your money and go to a guesthouse.

Dear Sir, we are sorry the standard rooms did not live up to your expectations. We do try our best to upgrade our guests for free which you got the first night. But we do recommend guests book the bungalow rooms as they are much nicer as reflected from the price difference between the standard rooms. But we do thank you for your comments and we have recently repainted the standard rooms and added some lamps and wardrobe to make the standard rooms better.

Nice hotel but in bad location too far
Not to book this hotel again .... too far , staff no basic service skills and lack of knowledge , some facility (doors, heater faulty.) Should provide even toothbrush and toothpaste have to buy(30batt). Staff don't even have any first aid kit when customer injured. Room was not bad but this hotel is too far and full with traffic congestion. Too far from all famous shopping center like siam , chit lom and chatuchak

It is a bit of a travel to get anywhere from here
The Skyrail is something you will use a lot when staying out here, it may not seem far on the map but in traffic it can take you 2 hours to travel relatively short distances, I prefer staying closer to the CBD but in saying that, over all it was a good place to stay for the price, I had a mishap and slipped by the pool and cracked a rib on my third day there so ruined the rest of my holiday pretty much but it is what you make it and I still had a pretty great time. The poolside bungalows are the ones to go for, pool is smaller than it looks in the pix so be prepared but the staff are all beyond reproach and honest to a tee. If you are in Bangkok on a budget, this place is ok, just be prepared to commute a bit.

Large room with very small air conditioner. Room was uncomfortable. Requested a fan but they did not have a fan. The resort is hard to find and is located in an area of Bangkok that is in walking distance of nothing.I could not in good conscience recommend this resort.
