After carefully investigating your reservation detail, we found that you made a reservation on January 13-14th, 2024, and our standard check in time starting from 2:00 pm on January 13th, 2024, which on the web page has clearly stated that also if you wish to stay before the normal time, there will be an additional charge and subject to room availability. Including the status of your booking as a last-minute booking. Therefore, it cannot be changed or refunded according to the clearly specified booking conditions.
