Free airport transportation worked well, the staff was polite and gave us a lot of information. For breakfast there's a lot to choose from, both thai and western food. There's a 7-11 near to the hotel. There is no elevator in the building so this could be an issue for 5those with mobility issues. Otherwise it's a disaster from; the Brunhilda who checks you in; small bath tub with no shower curtain; slippers for sale; one ceiling bulb over the bed; no towel hooks in the bathroom; bathroom mirror positioned so that you have to be a contortionist to use it; bedroom faces a tenement house; run-down neighborhood; close to nothing except a 7-11\.
