(96 reviews) Hanung, his staff, Fern, the owners and everyone was hospitable. Very friendly and made you feel like you're at home. The bungalows were very clean and the view to the ocean was amazing. I would recommend for anyone that wants a private setting or even family friendly setting this is the place. They can help you with motor bike rentals to finding you a nice relaxing massage on the beach. We went about 12 minutes on motor bike to a nice cozy restaurant called mangrove where the food was delicious and you can rent kayaks. Or enjoy a little live music at slowbar with Top the bartender. Our overall stay in Koh Kood was amazing. Hidden in the Thai jungle, Khiri Phet Waterfall is a peaceful gem on Koh Chang. If you rent a motorbike to tour the island, I highly recommend making the trip to this waterfall. It's at the end of a tiny, unmarked, palm lined lane, along a jungle path, over a shin deep stream, through an abandoned rubber plantation and up a small rocky slope.
