"We could not find the property. Directions to us to a spot on the highway and it wasn’t anywhere around the area. We called several times and no one could answer us and kept breathing heavy into the phone. Asked for directions and got none. Went to their profile to find further directions and came up to the same spot. We eventually had to find another place and pay for another hotel."

"Overall our stay was great. From the friendliness of the reception staff. To the folks taking care of us at breakfast to the other people that helped us. Someone at the front desk recommended a Tuk-Tuk driver that was so good and polite that we used him every day."

Frequently asked questions

When is the best time to go to Bang Tabun Ok?
The best time to go to Bang Tabun Ok is during the dry season, which runs from November to February.

During these months, the weather is typically sunny with lower humidity, making it ideal for enjoying the outdoor activities and exploring the local area. The temperatures are pleasant, usually ranging from 25°C to 30°C, which is comfortable for birdwatching and boat trips along the river. This period avoids the heavier rainfall of the monsoon season and the intense heat of the hot season.

Couples looking for a relaxing escape will find this time particularly appealing. The calmer waters of the estuary are great for leisurely boat rides, and the cooler evenings are lovely for dining by the river. It's also an excellent time for birdwatching, a popular activity in the region, as many migratory birds are present.

Families will also appreciate the dry season. The stable weather means less chance of disruptions to plans, and the children can comfortably enjoy the outdoor activities without the oppressive heat or sudden downpours.
