"The staff is extremely friendly. This is an amazing property in lake Rosseau. It is built for the hilltop views of the lake and its islands. There are three dining facilities. The food is very good. That is more unusual, given that we are vegetarian, a tougher challenge. It is a very modern upscale resort and the perfect getaway for a couple or a family."

"We had a pleasant stay overall! While this definitely isn’t a luxury hotel, it was clean, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the beds were SO comfortable. Our room was also very spacious, and having a fridge and microwave was a huge plus. The location was convenient, with Walmart, plenty of restaurants, and other essentials nearby, plus the lake and several parks just a short drive away. The hotel itself is quite dated and could use some TLC. The hallway walls were scuffed, the bathroom wallpaper was peeling, and the shower had very weak water pressure. That said, for a weekend visit to attend a family function, it served its purpose perfectly. We appreciated the comfortable beds, spacious room, and convenient location, and we would happily stay again. If you go in knowing you’re booking a basic, no-frills hotel rather than a luxury experience, you’ll likely be perfectly happy with your stay!"

"Had a wonderful time over thanksgiving weekend at this cottage. The surrounding area in Awenda is gorgeous and even more beautiful in the fall. Michael was great communicator and made sure we had whatever we needed in a timely manner."
