Architecturally beautiful property along the beautiful Brunei River with stunning sunrise and sunset views. Had a great stay and each day of my six nite stay was served a diffeant delicious à la carte breakfast. My wife and I really enjoy the interactions we had with the hosts and the guests at the property

An excellent sea beach hotel, it's facilities are more than a five stars hotel. It's a great place for relaxation in peace n harmony.

I would highly recommend the The Capital Residence Suites and would definitely stay there again. The staff are friendly and very helpful, breakfast (good assortment of local and western cuisine) and WiFi (speeds are more than adequate) are included, central location, hotel is clean including the room and the rates are very good. The shuttle service is amazing. They not only pick you up (your name (like a limousine is going to pick you up) on a card as you exit arrivals) and drop you off at...

The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is in the shopping area, with malls and the famous night market close by. There are plenty of dining options around the property. Our room is clean and has plenty of space, but it needs a modern upgrade. The breakfasts are the best especially when it comes to the unlimited choices of desserts!

good place to stay

Excellent location near the airport. Friendly staff.

Hotel is centrally located and easy walking to main business district and the riverside. Excellent staff. Very good breakfast (from menu, not buffet)

Hotel was nice. Great building. You have to buy bottled water from the hotel staff. There's very little around the area, but it's only a 15-min bus ride to city centre.
