"Disappointed in the lack of accessible features even the front door's button to access the door coming and going didn't work and for people already struggling with bags trying to hold the door and bring bags in a struggle let alone a handicapable person. Breakfast was okay towels were refreshed but beds not made seemed bare minimum in many places. "

"Nice quiet hotel in downtown Point. The staff was excellent even with a 2:00 am arrival. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Security was excellent. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Can’t wait to come back."

"There was no heat in my room and the front desk clerk gave me a tiny space heater. I stayed there again the following month and, again no heat- you can hear it start up but can barely feel it coming out of the vent and the room was cold in the morning. They just redid their pool though- maybe they should have gotten the heating system working. I hear there is no air conditioning here either. Unfortunately if you are coming to Rapids to work at the hospital, this is the closest hotel."

"Construction going on- dust and dirt everywhere. And the renovations that were done where extremely sloppy. Bathroom was not very clean. Looked liked everything was just wiped down with a dirty rag."

"Could be cleaner. Staff was kind and helpful. Pool was nice - hot tub needed cleaning and more water. Breakfast was eggs sausage biscuit and gravy and waffles, cereal yogurt, breads. Fruit only on weekends. Like coffee was available all day. Bathrooms needed cleaning to be finished with repair in pool area. Carpet needed vacuuming but room was clean. Appreciated clean towels sheets etc-"
