"I had a twin room to myself which was very lucky because the first bed I selected was so uncomfortable I had to move beds half way through the night. Luckily the second bed was okay - but it was the one nearest the door which is never my first choice. The staff were all lovely and very helpful"

From the very beginning, the owner was incredibly accommodating and flexible, especially with our very late check-in, which made our arrival completely stress-free after a long day of travel. The room was comfortable and welcoming, but what truly stood out was the hospitality. We were made to feel at home right away, and the morning Scottish breakfast was absolutely phenomenal. It was fresh, hearty, and the perfect start to the day with the signature haggis that was perfect What made the stay even more special was the time the owner took to talk us through the local area. They shared helpful insights and tips, including telling us about the Glenfinnan Viaduct. Without that recommendation, we would have completely missed it—and it ended up being one of the highlights of our trip."

"Loved our stay at Isles of Glencoe. I wish I booked more days there. It was so nice to open the windows at night to let the fresh mountain air in! The beds were comfortable. This was the best stay I’ve had in Scotland so far in regards to sleep. Our TV didn’t work but we didn’t care as we were not there to watch TV. The location is great. The included breakfast was good and had a great dinner at the onsite restaurant. Service was good as well! The front desk staff seemed a bit confused whenever we interacted with them but I guess they were just new and needed training. Would definitely stay again if I ever return to beautiful Glencoe."

"Do not dine in the hotel restaurant. I had a veggie burger and chips and was violently ill with food poisoning. My husband asked the staff for an extra blanket because I was sleeping on the bathroom floor to be nearer to the toilet. They came back with this blue felt stained blanket. We didn’t feel comfortable staying an additional night after our experience the first evening and talked to the man about getting a refund. He said he would speak to the owner and email me but never did. Stay at your own risk."
