The kitchen is well-equipped minus a regular coffeemaker (they have a Keurig). The rooftop deck is amazing and has a nice view of Baltimore. The only drawback is parking. If you have a larger SUV, getting in and out of the parking space in the rear can be quite challenging. When we could, we parked on the street to avoid the hassle. The house is in walking distance to several restaurants and bars (highly recommend Bmore Licks, Lee's Pint and Shell, and Annabel Lee Tavern ) and Patterson Park is only two blocks away. It's about a ten minute ride to the inner harbor which is an easy drive. Finally, Silvia was very attentive. She answered all of our questions in timely fashion. ##### Gregory S. The location is awesome, nice and safe neighborhood and convenient to a lot. The place is as listed. Was very comfortable for 5 of us, including 2 young kids. We had some unforeseen issues with the bath and everything was handled as fast as possible with great communication. We’d stay here again. I had a wonderful stay at this lovely house. The location is great, the house was very clean, I appreciated having three spacious floors, the rooftop deck was really peaceful, the blackout curtains in one of the rooms were really helpful, the kitchen had some great small appliances.
