"Had an amazing stay at Sergio’s house. It is a beautiful property with everything you could ever need. Brilliant location to explore the island: close enough to Palma and some incredible beaches/supermarkets etc. Sergio is super reliable and had great communication throughout the whole trip. "We were a group of 10. 6 adults ,5 children ranging from 1 to 15. We all went together to celebrate a 1st birthday and a 70th birthday. The villa was the perfect place, lots of space for everyone and plenty of room for a quiet space whenever it was needed. Lovely grounds with lots of space for the children to run round and have fun. "The finca was just beautiful - immaculately clean and with everything you could possibly need. "Por dónde empezar? Desde que llegamos nos sentimos muy bienvenidas. En nuestro primer día, conocimos a David, Miguel, Anthony, Moha, y los dos Carlos. Instantáneamente nos hicieron sentir como si fuéramos amigos de siempre. Todos fueron muy atentos y cariñosos. El hotel está hermoso pero lo que hace a ROC Illetas espectacular son los empleados. Con decir que hasta lloramos al despedirnos de todos nuestros nuevos amigos. No cabe duda que pronto regresaremos. "

"Beautiful hotel, with great views. The staff are very welcoming. Shame you have a minimum spend to use the Bali beds. 120 Euros per person, which if you are staying at the hotel should be included once during your stay! Lovely breakfast, but they need to do something about the amount of wasps around the food, inside and out. Prices of food and drinks are expensive, but you expect to pay a premium for this type of property. Having said all this, I would stay at the hotel again. "
