  • On the west coast of the Istrian peninsula, in cozy little villages in the area with a lot of sun and green nature. Villa Roža is a romantic, acclimatized and modern villa for an intimate or a family vacation.

    Absolute privacy includes a fence around the property. The pool is just a few meters from the kitchen, living room and bedroom. Quiet peaceful surroundings of the rural life is perfected with the birds singing and the gentle refreshing breeze in the trees. For children there are swings, badminton, frisbee and a trampoline.

    Beautiful beaches and small private bays are only 15 minutes away.
    You can spend sunny days lying in the sun or in the shade of an umbrella, in the pool or in the sea, exploring the area, or in walks in the meadows and forests. A romantic candle light dinner and the clear starry sky will evoke pleasure. A bottle of excellent Istrian wine and a cheese plate will give you an aphrodisiacal subtlety long into the night.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit allen Annehmlichkeiten die man benötigt.Die Hausverwaltung Irena war super und hat uns bei allem geholfen was benötigt war.Sehr zu empfehlen. In 5min bekommt man alles was zum täglichen Bedarf benötigt wird.

Wer es ruhig mag, ist hier genau richtig. Schöner Garten, toller Pool. Irena hatte uns bei der Ankunft einen Kuchen gemacht. Zusätzlich gab es leckeren Käse und dazu Schinken. Im Garten wachsen frische Weintrauben. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Ohne Auto ist die Unterkunft nicht zu erreichen und der nächste große Supermarkt ist 25 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Es gibt aber einen kleinen Tante Emma Laden in 8 Minuten Entfernung. Hier gibt es allerdings nicht viel Auswahl. Diese Unterkunft kann ich empfehlen.

Einfach schön

Wir waren vom 17.09bis31.09.24 da . Das Haus ist genau so wie auf den Bildern .. eine ruhige Lage und man ist Trotzdehm mit dem Auto schnell überall wo man sein möchte .. Irina hat uns super empfangen , sie war sehr freundlich , wir hatten während unseres Aufenthalts 2 Geburtstage zu feiern , sie hat uns jedes Mal eine Aufmerksamkeit zukommen lassen ♥️wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

Erholung Villa Roza

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es is alles vorhanden - klima, Pool, sonnenliegen. Der pool war natürlich das Highlight und wurde viel genutzt. Irena is eine sehr liebe u zuvorkommende hauswirtin. Es war inser erster Kroatien urlaub - es wird nicht der letzte gewesen sein 😁

Entspannter Familienurlaub

Das Haus ist super wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Ideal auch für Urlaub mit Hund. Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt, der Pool ist sauber und es fehlte an nichts, alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Irena ist eine herzensgute Vermieterin. Wir wurden super begrüßt mit Kuchen, selbstgemachten Honigschnaps und einer Flasche Wein und Obstsaft. Wir können das Haus sehr gerne empfehlen. Einfach nur entspannend.

Sehr schönes Haus

Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Zum nächsten Markt in Bale sind es 10 km. Aber die Ruhe haben wir auch gesucht. Das Haus ist sehr sauber. Irena hatte einen Kuchen gebacken, Wein und Likör bereit gestellt, Weintrauben sowie frisch gebackenes Brot und Wurst. 2x wöchentlich wurde der Pool gesäubert. Hat man nicht mitbekommen. Das Haus ist Topp ausgestattet. Einzig ein Toaster fehlt. Das Haus hat Safe und Alarmanlage. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert einwandfrei. Es liegt gut für alle Unternehmungen in Istrien. Der Kontakt zur Besitzerin war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Wir haben uns rundherum wohl gefühlt.

Haus in ruhiger Lage

Wir wurden herzlich in Empfang genommen, zur Begrüßung gab es leckeren Schinken und was zu trinken, auch unsere zwei Hunde haben zur Begrüßung Leckerli bekommen. :) Die Unterkunft liegt etwas abgelegen und zum nächsten Supermarkt oder Restaurant muss auf jeden Fall gefahren werden. Das Haus und der Außenbereich ist soweit mit allem nötigen ausgestattet, so wie auf den Fotos zu sehen ist. Der Pool ist groß und wurde regelmäßig nach Absprache gesäubert. Nachts wurde es uns etwas warm in den Schlafzimmern, eine Klimaanlage gibt es im Wohnzimmer, daher ist eine klimatisierung der Schlafräume nur mit geöffneter Türe möglich. Wir hatten kaum Mücken im Haus, da an allen Fenstern Fliegengitter angebracht sind. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt und fühlen uns gut erholt. Danke!

Perfekte Unterkunft

Auch unser zweiter Aufenhalt war wieder von An- bis Abreise perfekt. Wir wurden wieder herzlich von Irena empfangen, diesmal mit einer großen, leckeren Käse-Wurst-Platte und selbst gebackenem Kuchen. Auch sons war im und um das Haus wieder alles vorhanden, was man für den unbeschwerten Urlaub benötigt. Wir haben die viel zu kurze Zeit wieder sehr genossen.

Krmed Juli 2023

Die Besitzerin vom Haus, ist eine Herzensgute Frau. Wir haben über WhatsApp Kontakt gehalten, auch wann wir ankommen. Das Haus ist toll, komplett eingezäunte und perfekt für unsere 2 Hunde gewesen. Das Haus ist gepflegt und es war alles da, was man brauchte. Es gab sogar eine Wurstplatte, Brot, Sekt, Apfelsaft usw. als Willkommensgeschenk. Der Pool ist top gepflegt und ein Poolmann kam auch zum kontrollieren. Das Haus und die Anlage ist eigentlich so wie beschrieben. Ein kleinen Mangel gab es, das Gras ist eigentlich nur noch Unkraut. Was beim Spielen etwas stört, aber das ist jammern auf hohen Niveau. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und haben die Zeit mit Kindern und Hund sehr genossen.

Wunderbar erholsam

Wir haben genau das vorgefunden, was wir gebucht hatten. Ein ganz tolles, sauberes Haus mit herrlichem, gepflegten Pool. Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, Erholung pur. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett. Ich kann das Haus nur weiterempfehlen.

Parfait !

Tout d'abord Irena vous accueille adorablement bien avec des tas d'intention adorables notamment gastronomique :) vin, gâteau, fruit ! Quel plaisir ! Puis d'une disponibilité sans faille et bien aidé par son ami "multi-tâche" si besoin :D La maison est totalement équipée ! Rien ne manque ! De plus la piscine est top et l'on entouré d'un petit village et de vignes donc cadre silencieux et très agréable. Barbecue en dur parfait pour de belles grillades. Le jardin avec balançoire, trampoline etc a fait le bonheur de mes enfants. Et vraiment de Krmed on peut bien visiter toute l'Istrie avec au maximum 30 min de route. On a adoré cette région et encore merci à Irena !

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage

Wir haben zwei wunderschöne Wochen im Juli in dem Ferienhaus verbracht. Herzliche Begrüßung durch Irena und kurze Einweisung ins Haus. Zur Begrüßung gab es einen leckeren Kuchen, einen riesigen erfrischenden Obstteller und eine Flasche selbstgemachte leckeren Honiglikör. Im Haus ist alles was man benötigt vorhanden. Die Klimaanlage des Wohnzimmers reicht für das ganze Haus und sie war bei Temperaturen zwischen 32 und 38°C Gold wert. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt in ausgesprochen ruhiger Lage. Gleiches gilt für den Pool, der regelmäßig kontrolliert und gepflegt wurde. Auch unsere Pyrenäenberghündin hat sich sofort hier absolut wohl gefühlt. Ideal für Hunde ist das vollständig vollständig umfriedete Grundstück und die sehr ruhige Lage. In Bale ist man mit dem Auto in 10 Minuten, nach Rovinj sind es ca. 20-25 Minuten. Der kleine ruhige Ort ist sehr zentral in Istrien gelegen, an den Küsten ist man in 20-30 Minuten. Die Strände um Rovinj sind typisch steinig. Für Hunde gibt es reichlich Badegelegenheiten, wir haben uns für die landschaftlich sehr schöne Bucht Cuvi entschieden. Alles in Allem ein wunderschöner Urlaub mit sehr netter Betreuung.

Alles so wie beschrieben. Selbst die Entfernung zum Meer (ca. 15 Min.) machen dieses Haus zu einem schönen Ort in dem man seine Ruhe hat. Nächstes mal gerne wieder.

Schönes Haus Zentral in Istrien

Wir hatten 11 schöne Tage in der Unterkunft und von da aus viele Touren unternommen. Dinopark, Ronvinj, Pula, Porec, Tropfsteinhöhle, Aquarium. Das Haus selbst war sehr schön, der Pool groß genug, alles gut eingerichtet und sauber. Selbst Salz, Pfeffer, Öl und andere Gewürze waren vorhanden. Wir wurden von der Vermieterin freundliche Empfangen und sogar eine Flasche Wein, Kuchen und eine Flasche Schnaps bekommen. Die lange ist sehr Zentral, man kuss aber überall mit dem Auto hin, da der Ort aus gefühlt 4 Häusern besteht. Gerne wieder.

Magnifique villa située dans un village très calme. La mer de Bale est a 10min en voiture. Nous avons été très gentiment accueilli par la propriétaire, qui nous a offert un délicieux gâteau. Merci beaucoup et j’espère à bientôt !

Toller Urlaub

Wir waren 14 Tage mit unserem Hund in dem Ferienhaus in Krmed. Wir können alles was bisher geschrieben wurde nur bestätigen. Das Haus ist genau wie beschrieben. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und der Pool ist großartig und super sauber. Alles in Istrien ist innerhalb 1ner Stunde erreichbar und so lohnt sich dieser Standpunkt auch für mehrere Tagestouren oder man geniesst einfach die Ruhe am Pool. Wir würden wieder kommen, herzlichen Dank.
