« It was a privilege to have the opportunity to experience this truly amazing property. First of all, the tiny house was immaculate, and every available space was utilized perfectly. The outdoor space was so comfortable, I spent every morning on the deck reading, and we spent every evening around the fire pit. « We had a great vacation on Jaybird Pond, swimming, kayaking, hiking and making family memories. Renters should know that the property does not have running water or electricity. The property managers help you figure out how to boil the pond water and use the propane lamps. If you’re willing to rough it, you can’t beat the experience of having your own pond. »

« I would love to rent again. The space was enough for the number of guests allowed. Enclosed porch, deck, grill, and fire pit by the water were used daily. Water level is great for kids and water toys like floats and paddle boards. If it’s windy the water might be a little choppy but nothing major. Great view of the sun setting over the mountains. I really enjoyed my stay. »
