Amazing location on Nob Hill. Experience a glamorous neighborhood, but at reasonable prices. The staff are very helpful, kind, and accommodating. I’ll be back.

This is a huge, busy hotel. Our room was large, clean and properly equipped, if unexciting. Plastic and paper cups were a cheap touch but the towels were wonderful. There was no view. Our bar experience was disappointing, with only one working bartender and no table service for a rather large crowd. The breakfast was impressive with fresh fruit, eggs, sausage, pancakes and pastries. Even at 7 am it was crowded, although there was plenty of seating, by the time we left, all the tables looked to be taken. Great location for walking the Fisherman's Wharf area and walking distance to our cruise dock.

The room was immaculate, and the food was amazing. I highly recommend this hotel.
