I'm not a hotel snob, and thought this was a very clean hotel but there were minor things like the way things were fixed were slabbed with caulking or not straight. Also, our bathroom shower drain backed up the whole 3 days we were there. The rooms smell like cigarettes even in non-smoking rooms. The food was pretty good and overall, the rooms were clean. "The facility was extremely clean and all utilities from bathroom to air conditioning worked flawlessly. The staff was friendly and very courteous. The only dining option, full breakfast, included with our room was excellent. I would recommend this facility to anyone who visits Bursa and wants to take advantage of the thermal baths in the surrounding area."

"We traveled through Turkey in August and We stayed at so many different hotels in different cities. This hotel was one of the best one . I loved their hospitality, any time I need something with one simple call from the room I got it. Ozgur was so helpful polite friendly and respectful. We will definitely come back to this hotel."
