"Lovely friendly place"

"One of the most amazing stays i have ever had. I cannot fault anything at the hotel at all. On arrival we were given the key to our room, the Devonshire Suite. The radio was softly playing as we entered and, with the claw foot bath being in the main bedroom really gave it a wow factor. It is a larger room but the careful use of mirrors makes it lighter and appear even bigger. There was not one speck of dust and everything in the room was like new. A huge TV can be angled for viewing anywhere, including the massive bed or even in the bath. There are tea and coffee facilities with individually boxed tea bagsl selection and a nespresso machine. Breakfast was included and was perfect. My husband had full english and two lattes, which arrived with little hearts in the foam and I had eggs royale with loads of quality salmon. One thing we wished we had done was spend the evening in the bar as there was a lovely roaring fire and it looked so cosy. The interior decorator really knows what quality looks like. The staff were all so amiable and helpful and I would stay again, in a heartbeat. This was a suprise overnight trip for my husband and he was overjoyed with the whole experience."

"This is our second time back at the cottage. The pool is brilliant and much bigger than it appears in the photos. The surrounding are is beautiful and the cottage is really clean, snug and well kitted out. Another great stay."
