There were no towels in the room when we checked in A shampoo bottle was half empty, yet there was one full There’s no hairdryer and microwave in the room There weren’t cups or glasses in the room either; so, if you want to have a sip of water, you must have your own cup The bed was comfy enough, yet only two pillows on a king size bed Extremely noisy AC unit The property was advertised as one that offers free breakfast; in fact they only offer free coffee which is a norm for any hotel in the US and is NOT considered breakfast There are some scary looking individuals roaming the property and people who live at the hotel from week to week

It was the worst experience ever. I booked with Expedia for the whole week. I got into my room and there was no hand towel or wash cloth so I had to go the office to get those. Then I had to go back to the office to get ice because I looked around the whole hotel and couldn’t find it (it was in the back of the office). I went back to my room and I washed my face in the sink and it started backing up with brown water. THEN I tried to take a shower and there was NO WATER. It looked like the water had not come out of the shower in a long time. The handle looked broken and no matter how I tried to turn it, not even a drop came out. So I packed up all my stuff and went down to the office for the third time and told her the situation and she said I couldn’t move because I already used the room. I had been in there for about 10 min and didn’t even sit on the bed. I was very upset and insisted that I moved to another room. She finally agreed but very reluctantly. She also went to my old room to check I hadn’t messed up the room. I tried to check out 2 days early (Wednesday) because I found somewhere else to stay but the front office door was locked and no one was there. So i went back on Thursday and the same woman said she couldn’t give a refund for any of the days because it was too late.

After checking in , I had to go to the front desk to get soap, toilet paper, and towels. Found leftover food in a drawer an a candy wrapper on the night stand. Every time the a/c unit kicked on , it sounded as if a train was going by outside the room. Breakfast? What breakfast? The worst part ever the night clerk gave someone who claimed to be in our room a key and tried to enter the room at 3:00AM.The only thing keeping them from entering was the security latch on the door. What happened to security by verifying the identity on the people who claim that they lost or left their key in the room? That is a huge breach of security!

This hotel is terrible! Rooms are old and smell disgusting cigarette and who knows what else. It’s obviously that there is some dangerous activity there too. I walked into the room and walked right out. Booked a room somewhere else.

so bad , i took pictures , live and dead rouches , missing fire alarm , no shower head , tv remote missing when got didn't stay on channel . took this long to answer this because i've been sick in bed due to out in the cold wait for2 different card keys that didn't work ,finely getting a real key to enter that cold room .

I booked a room with a refrigerator for a week for Christmas. There was NO refrigerator in the room. There was NO Continental breakfast. Absolutely nothing for the 7 days I was there. Brand new waffle iron and other equipment sat on the floor in boxes but never put to use in a week. A car with no windshield and 2 missing tires and rims sat on the property, homeless digging in the garage they camp out in the riverbed next to the hotel. I called on the Monday Expedia. To let them know of my complaints they spoke to someone and the front desk lied and told them they would get a refrigerator and Offer breakfast items to which neither took place. They will say anything and do anything to prevent any type of refund to be given to an unsatisfied customer.

Staff is rude with a bad attitude & tone of voice. I asked for house keeping twice during my stay & no one came at all. I had to keep asking for clean towels but the towels that were given to me had someone else's hair on it with dirty stains. I had to move rooms, my 2nd room was really nasty & dirty you can tell no one had checked into it for a while, i booked originally for non-smokers room & they gave me a smoking room for my 2nd room when i had to change due to the shattered mirror in my first room. This place doesn't have clean rooms & my shower had a hard time working, the maintenance guy was the only nice staff arouns there. This hotel needs much better management & they really needs house keeping. I would never stay here again, I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
