« Perfect location for exploring the old town Gjirokaster. It is right in the centre. The Old town is at the top of a very steep hill, the room location mwant that you could walk into the old town Bazaar from the room without having to walk up hills. Newly renovated room was very comfortable and warm, and very tastefully done. The room looks like the photo and had a coffee machine and fridge. Fast wifi and a internet tv. Check in was easy, the owner sent the door codes on whatsapp. Breakfast...

« Sehr schönes und gepflegtes Hotel. Einzig der Pool hätte etwas sauberer sein können (sehr viele Insekten an einem Tag im Wasser). Trotz Aufforderung des Barpersonals am Pool kam man dem Wunsch nicht nach. Ansonsten waren aber alle Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage des Hotels ein Traum. »

"Très mauvaise expérience, l’hôtel était vide mais on a eu la chambre avec vue sur le mur. À notre arriver des cloportes dans la salle de bain, la porte de la salle de bain commençait à moisir en bas. Nous avons réservé cet hôtel car les piscine étaient accessible jusqu’au 30 octobre + une piscine intérieur: arrivé là bas l’intituler avait changé les piscine fermé dès le 30 septembre même la piscine intérieur. Nous devions avoir une place de parking mais arriver là bas c’est 12€ par jour pour une place de parking. La carte de la chambre n’a jamais fonctionné. En 4 jours la femme de ménage est passé qu’une seule fois dans la chambre. Très décevant "
