Staff & service was not good. Its look like that they don't care about customer. Even they don't welcome you. Room & bathroom are not cleaned. Will never stay there again.

Felt like the norman bates motel

Posted 30-Jul-2017
Pros: NOTHING
Cons: It needs bringing into 2017 or at least close. Friendly staff would be appreciated too. And fix the lights that don't work in the building.
Location: The location doesn't matter with a hotel this bad. It could be next door to your favorite attractions and I wouldn't consider staying there again.
From the moment we entered this hotel, we were greeted by rude staff that seemed like they just couldn't care less. The hotel was extremely dated and had a musty smell. Several hallways were without lighting, and as we walked to our room, it just had that creepy feel to it. When we got to our room, there were two doors with locks, which added to the creepy feel. The room was miserable and the beds uncomfortable. We would have preferred to sleep on the floor, only the carpet looked disgusting. The bathroom was clean, but there was a huge radiator in the actual shower! As two female back packers, it was the first time in a month of backpacking around Europe, that we didn't feel safe, and we chose to leave and find other accommodation rather then spend the night here, even though we had prepaid for the room.

Former good hotel under negative new management

Posted 13-Jul-2017
Arrived exhausted from America early, was notallowed to sit on a chair wait as before. The impudent clerk said I could not check in until 3, though their web site says 2 pm. He said if I sat in the lobby waiting I had to pay 40 euros. Also had trouble getting a working fan in the room in July. Quite a comedown from previous management.

Don't think I'll go back again

Posted 5-Jul-2017
Staffs are not friendly and the room was dusty. I guess that's what you get for this price. The room was even small for me as an Asian lady. I'll be happy to pay extra and stay at a nicer hotel to be honest.

Clean, comfy, convenient

Posted 3-Jul-2017
2-3 minutes walk from central station. Adequate breakfast mainly continental with hot choices of scrambled egg, boiled egg and frankfurter sausage. Rooms seemed not to be soundproof as it was noisy at night with outside noise but we were not disturbed by this as just blocked it out and slept through it. Our stay was 2 nights and we found it super. Rooms were spacious and comfortable.

Nice hotel, close to mostly everything.

Posted 2-Jul-2017
Pros: The location and the breakfasts earn a rating of 5.
Location: Located near the transportation station, lots of restaurants and shopping.
No air conditioning, but a fan was provided upon request. The breakfasts were totally awesome. The staff was very hospitable and the location was absolutely perfect. No hotel parking, but the location is just a few 100 meters from the train/tram/bus station. There are numerous restaurants and shopping within walking distance too. Rating of 4 is given. Would have given a higher rating, however quality of the TV reception and the lack of air conditioning prevent a higher rating.

Very close to Frankfurt Hbf

Pros: Clean and efficient. No fuss.
Cons: The in-room safe (which was too small for a 14" laptop anyway) appeared to be malfunctioning.
If you're on an early long-distance train, this is the place to stay. My room was small-ish but the bathroom was a very good size. Bed, pillows, desk, internet were all good, and everything was clean. Buffet breakfast was good. There are restaurants nearby (I had a good meal at "A taste of India" two doors away), and a convenience store (Rewe) only two blocks away, which was convenient.

Loud , old, overdated, dirty drapes, leaking fosset, too hot for the weather and because there was some sort of exhibition, overly priced. Breakfast was alright or even a step above alright
