« The place was incredibly clean and comfortable. The host was amazing and had some of the best communication that I have experienced. The only complaint that I have is that sound travels too easily from the top unit to the bottom and could get rather obnoxious if you have noisy neighbors. Other than that amazing experience and would highly recommend. »

« If you’re into the rustic charm of a place that clearly has not seen a broom since Santa last dropped by, this is your spot. Cleanliness is apparently optional. The dust bunnies were so cozy they probably had their own zip code. And the temperature? Perfect if you’re training for the Iditarod indoors. Bring your parka, because this place laughs in the face of insulation.Location-wise, it’s a dream if your idea of a good time is being miles away from anything worth seeing. Aurora viewing? Yeah,...

From room 205, starting from the very first night, I could hear the noise from the plumbing… On top of that, when I asked about the airport shuttle schedule, the answers I received were completely off-topic. The staff member who checked me in seemed totally clueless. In the end, I didn’t even stay for the last night I had paid for. The Wedgewood Resort in Fairbanks is a much better option, even if it’s not as close to downtown. The small downtown area itself is charming, with several international restaurants to choose from."
