"During the four days and three nights we stayed at the hotel, our room was not cleaned a single day; we went the entire time using the same towels and sheets. I informed a member of the cleaning staff so they could attend to the room, but they simply told me they would stop by to clean in half an hour—and they never showed up."

"I thought it were a great breakfast andy girls enjoyed swimming. We did think the room was a little unkept.. there were men’s hair like from shaving around the sink area.. little things like that. Overall we enjoyed our stay."

"Cottage was very clean and cozy, kitchen was fully equipped and you can just step outside to see the Northern Lights at night. It was an amazing experience, highly recommended!"
