« Oh man, for a four star hotel this was not it. Felt more like a 2.5 star. The shower head was incredibly dirty. The water was spraying in all different directions. I told the hotel staff about it 4 times on different days. They kept saying it would be handled and it wasn’t. My partner just ended up cleaning it herself (not a great start to a stay). Also had to ask 4x for them to bring up another pillow. At one point, late at night we had to ask for more toilet paper as housekeeping hadn’t come...

"Hôtel idéalement situé en plein cœur de Berlin. Mais établissement "industriel", avec des centaines de clients et des infrastructures souvent débordées: accueil encombré, salle de petit déjeuner saturée, engendrant attente pour pouvoir y accéder et absence de place assise. La chambre était correcte mais mériterait un rafraichissement. A noter, l'accès au rooftop est payant, même pour les clients de l’hôtel - cet élément n'apparait pas clairement dans la publicité de l’hôtel."
