Ein schönes Hotel in einer mega Umgebung. Das Personal (wobei Personal fast falsch klingt, weil man sich wie bei Freunden fühlt) ist unglaublich freundlich und lieb. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und sauber. Frühstück bot eine reiche Auswahl und auf Wunsch wurde einauch ein Spiegelei zubereitet. Abendessen sehr lecker und Preis/Leistung passt hier auf jeden Fall. Auch die Massage war super. Ich komme definitiv wieder. Das Hotel wird mit so viel Liebe und Herzblut geführt. Einfach toll.

Es war nicht das beste Wetter, aber das Hotel machte einen sehr guten Eindurck, Familienfreundlich würde ich mal sagen, Es gab eine Kaffeemaschine, welche Nutzbar war und auch eine kleinen Versorgungsladen, lief alles sehr familiär ab. Kann man eigentlich nur empfehlen. Wellness war nur die Sauna offen, dies lag aber sicherlich an der Zeit..

Nettes kleines Hotel

Das Hotel liegt sehr ruhig. Wir hatten ein grosses Zimmer im EG mit sehr grosser abgeschlossener Terrasse, ideal für unsere Hunde. Das Frühstück-Buffet lies keine Wünsche offen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Nicht ganz einfach zu finden, da das Hinweisschild etwas zugewachsen ist, aber sonst ist alles hervorragend. Nettes Personal. Tolles Frühstück, schönes Zimmer mit einem wahnsinnigen Ausblick und sehr ruhig gelegen.

Bra boende i Bad Kohlgrub

Trevligt familjeägt hotell. Fantastiskt trevlig personal och jättebra frukost. Spaavdelning varje eftermiddag o kväll. Närhet till bra skidåkning o vandring. Rekommenderas!

Kurzurlaub

Gute ruhige Lage, schönes Wellness, umfangreiches Frühstücks Buffet, Einziger Negativpunkt - das Bett hat bei jeder Bewegung laut geknarrt, eine Inkontinenz Unterlage war direkt unterm Laken was ein massives Schwitzen verursachte - ein Topper drauf wäre hier hilfreich.

Hotel in landschaftlich schöner Lage

Die ruhige Lage in landschaftlich reizvoller Umgebung war für uns ein Kriterium das Hotel auszuwählen. Das Hotel hat einen großen Saunabereich, den wir jedoch aufgrund anderer Aktivitäten nicht genutzt haben. Die anderen Gäste waren vorwiegend ältere Personen. Das Hotel hat eine familäre Atmosphäre mit freundlichen Angestellten. Wir würden wieder in das Hotel kommen.

Horror Trip der mich wirklich zum weinen brachte

Es war eine reine Geldverschwendung, das Frühstücksbüffet war zu klein und wurde nicht aufgefüllt. Zudem fand ich am letzten Tag sogar ein seid 2 Jahren abgelaufenes actimel. Die Sauna Bereiche öffnen erst ab 16.00 vorher ist absolut keine Möglichkeit sich zu beschäftigen. Das Hotel wurde des eintrucks nach das ganze Wochenende von einer alten Dame und ihrer Enkeltochter geschmissen. Die dpa Behandlungen die nicht kurzfristig ausgefallen sind waren unprofessional und wurde früher abgebrochen "weil ja eig keine Verspannung vorlag". Die Sauna war nicht auf angegeben Temperatur und wenn man sagt es öffnet um 16.00 Heist das, das um 16.00 die Putzfrau drin ist. Ich war so enttäuscht das ich es eigentlich abbrechen wollte, aber dies wurde mir verwehrt ohne das ich 90% bezahlen hätte müssen. Im großen und ganzen verstehen wir die gute Bewertung nicht und von anderen Gästen haben wir gleiches gehört. (Und unter zahlreichen eispeisen versteh man ein hart gekochtes ei und ein trockenes Rührei mit einer Tomate)

Mehr geht nicht :)

Wir waren zwei Tage im Hotel Waldruh und können es mehr als weiterempfehlen! Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen, hatten ein großes und sauberes Zimmer. Auf Wunsch gab es auch bei später Ankunft leckeren Kaiserschmarren von Sven :) das Frühstück war ausreichend und Tipps zur Umgebung gab es auch genügend - wie hätten uns kein besseres Hotel wünschen können und kommen bestimmt wider und werden es unseren Freunden empfehlen. Vielen Dank für dieses schöne familieres Gefühl!

great hotel!

Staff was warm, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. We needed to rest and relax and it was easy in this hotel. There was also massaging service and sauna, but we didn't use these services. I recommend this hotel if you want silent, beautiful and relaxing hotel at the countryside.

Schöner Ort für Natur und Sehenswürdigkeiten

Nachdem wir ein Superior-Zimmer gebucht hatten, können wir auch nur diese Kategorie bewerten. Schade war, dass in meinem Betttuch gleich gut sichtbar zwei Löcher waren, ansonsten war das Zimmer sehr sauber, mit vielen Details ausgestattet und sehr einladend. Am Empfang und im Service sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Ein besonderes Plus: Getränke werden zu zivilen Preisen (selbst gekühlt) angeboten.

Bra hotell även för kortare vistelse.

Ett väldigt fint hotell med bra service. Vi checkade in sent på kvällen och fick bra mottagande och service. Rummet var väldigt bra och bekvämt. Frukosten dagen efter var mycket bra även den.

The hotel was not bad but the female owner was not friendly to the family with a child. We were shocked when we checked out and the bill has been added an extra charge for our small kid though we didn't have the extra bed,and they didn't tell us in advance when we checked in . She even didn't explain anything until we found the price was not correct and she said everyhotel was different...though we never been treated like this time...And the quilt had a bad smell since wasnot washed for a long time...That was a small depressed spot for our whole Germany trip....
