I loved the Hotel Mystique
Hotel Mystique is great. The decoration of the rooms and common spaces are a lovely mix of elegant and eclectic, and the hotel is clean well-maintained. The room is spacious, clean, comfortable and well-appointed. The breakfast is bounteous. The location is excellent.

Beautifully updated place with comfortable beds big room. Everything was very clean with everything you could need. A cute little cooler by the bedside. Easy walk to several restaurants. Easy check in

Great Location and Great Value
I typically stay in Konigstein however I had an event in Bad Homburg and so I booked the Hotel based on reviews. It was a terrific value and I will be going back. Located perfectly in downtown area with walking to all restaurants and shopping. Great place!

Great location
We spent three nights in the Mystique (November 2017). It is in a good location, next to shopping, restaurants and a block away from the main strip. The breakfast was good; not sure it's worth 10E per person, though. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and authentic. For TV, there are six English speaking (all news) channels. Nothing else in English. Very few channels. The WiFi went out on Day #2 and we were without the internet. The front desk could not fix the problem. Parking is limited to just two parking spaces out front, so if you are lucky to get one of the spots (at 10E per day), keep it and don't move your car. Not sure where else there is to park around the hotel. No gym, bar or other facilities; just the hotel and the restaurant. Overall, a very nice stay, and I would recommend it.

Schönes Hotel direkt in der Innenstadt. Trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Perfekt für ein paar Nächte. Der selbstständige Checkin war einfach und problemlos. Wir kommen wieder.

Hotels.com und Hotel betreiben Etikettenschwindel
Wir hatten über Hotels.com gebucht und zwar mit einem inbegriffenen Frühstück. Beim Check in wurden wir jedoch vom Hotel eines Besseren belehrt. Das Frühstück war nicht im vereinbarten Preis inbegriffen, sodass hier zusätzliche Frühstückskosten (für sieben Personen) angefallen sind. Im Zimmer selbst wurde in einem nicht schallisolierten Glasverhau das Zimmer mit den notwendigen Entsorgungsgeräuschen bespasst! Dann lieber eine ordentliche Toilette auf dem Flur!

Das Personal ist sehr nett, aber das Mobiliar und die Ausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Badezimmertür ließ sich nicht schließen, da der Griff ständig abkrachte, weil er nicht richtig verschraubt war. Das Badezimmer war generell etwas abgenutzt (Fliesen waren teilweise gesprungen). Die benutzten Gläser wurden vom Reininugsdienst leider nicht ausgetauscht. Alles in allem war aber der Rest in Ordnung, dennoch sollten die Besitzer auf gewisse Feinheiten achten.

Können Sie uns bitte mitteilen in welchem Zimmer sie übernachtet haben, da wir erst vor einem Jahr komplett renoviert und alle Möbel neu sind.

실망
출발 열흘 전쯤 호텔에 수도관이 터져서 문을 닫게 되었다는 통보를 받았고, 근처 다른 호텔로 재배치를 해주었는데. 의사소통하는데 호텔측 대처가 너무나 불친절하고 느렸음. 재배치받은 곳은 2성급 호텔이었는데 이에 대한 미안하다는 말이나 설명도 듣지 못함. 호텔의 대처가 매우 미흡하다고 느껴짐.
