My experience at their restaurant was so bad that I am considering calling the German authorities to check their kitchen. My dinner was a disaster, twice did the burger come in raw, and when I found hair in my salad I got enough. No understanding from the staff. Since you are dependent on eating here since no other restaurants in the area I can’t recommend this hotel to anybody

Enjoying the Schwarzwald
We stayed in the hotel for a weekend and enjoyed fully our stay. It was fairly easy to reach the hotel and there are parking options available (free and with a daily fee). As we arrived late, we decided to eat at the hotel restaurant and the service and food was great. Breakfast options were good and very importantly, most of the options were Bio sourced. The Hotel was very well equipped and matched our stays. The rooms didn't have AC however we didn't miss it. We mostly enjoyed the views from the balcony and tranquility of the town. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from town centre and we were out wandering in the woods most of the days there. Will recommend it

Since the colleagues are sometimes alone at the reception desk, the reception may not be staffed for a few minutes. Of course, there shouldn't be a long waiting time. With your feedback, we can now reflect on the details in the team. It is true that we do not have air conditioning in our house. This does not fit our sustainability concept. Very happy staying in a deluxe panorama view of the valley. Swimming, spa, sauna and public rooms very clean. Breakfast was excellent with choices. Staff friendly and helpful. Recommend highly.

A room with a view!
The hotel has wonderful views over the town but is only a 10 minutes downhill walk to the shops/ restaurants/park on the promenade. Our deluxe room was well appointed and swimming towels/slippers were provided in the room so you could take the lift straight down to the refreshing swimming pool. Breakfast was generous with a range of both hot and cold foods available. Parking is plentiful underground for a reasonable nightly price. The staff are very helpful and most speak english. An added bonus for guests is the supply of a voucher for free train and bus travel in the region during your stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay exploring this area of the black forest by train and car (free parking at the station and the first 30 minutes free in the plentiful off road town parking). The only downside to the hotel is the lack of air conditioning or room fans but we knew this before we booked and took along our own hand held fans. We highly recommend this hotel for people wishing to explore the area from a very comfortable base and it is only around 90 minutes from Stuttgart Airport.

Hôtel vraiment super en pleine nature avec une très belle vue. Très belle chambre bien spacieuse avec une belle salle de bain. Lespace spa est vraiment chouette et propre avec une bonne température d’eau. Concernant le petit déjeuner il est vraiment très très bon. Si je dois dire du négatif ce sera sur le personnel qui devrait parler français et avoir plus d’informations en français. J’ai réservé une chambre avec lit double j’ai eu 2 lits simple collés et un des lits été bruyant. Un petit coup de nettoyage sur la terrasse au karcher ce serait bien aussi. Ce sont des détails pas très important et qui ont pas dérangés pour notre séjour c’est un super Hotel merci

Tolles Zimmer,sehr ruhig mit Balkon. Fitness Räumlichkeiten war mehr ein kleiner Raum sehr übersichtlich. Wellness Bereich mit 2 Saunen und eine Dampfgrotte nicht gut ausgestattet. Für die Größe des Hotels nicht ausreichend. Frühstücksangebot war gut, Abendessen ging nur Buffet da voll ausgebucht somit kein entspanntes Abendessen. Somit bleibt es bei diesem Besuch.

Peut mieux faire...
L’hôtel ne devrait pas avoir le nom de Panorama. On est loin de la vue panoramique. L’hôtel n’est, selon moi, pas assez haut. Un peu déçu du restaurant qui propose une toute petite carte. Cela n’encourage pas à manger plusieurs soirs. Après une fois, vous avez fait le tour. Je trouve l’hôtel un peu vieillot. C’est dommage. L’hôtel est propre. Par contre, il est difficile de faire respecter les principes d’hygiènes liés au COVID pendant le petit-déjeuner. Pas d’espacement des tables. Pas de service au pain, là où tout le monde touche avec ses mains pour couper le pain (et ce malgré les gants que l’hôtel a mis à disposition). Ce n’est pas un mauvais hôtel, mais un peu cher pour ce que c’est.
