Hello everybody.
We offer you a nice large apartment in Bad Harzburg. The apartment is on the 10th floor (with elevator) and has a very large balcony with a great view of the woods! The apartment has 2 bathrooms with shower and tub. Use of sauna and swimming pool in the house (2nd floor) included! The apartment is barrier-free and therefore also suitable for the elderly and wheelchair users. There are sleeping facilities for up to 6 people, children's travel cot and high chair are on site. Stay possible from 1 night, only 69 € per day for 4 people!On request also with laundry package d. H. Towels, bed linen, tea towels and bathrobes can be booked (€ 15 extra per person). € 2 tourist tax per day per adult. Payment by bank transfer and PayPal possible. The perfect trip for the whole family. We look forward to you as our guests

Tolle Lage, gutes Schwimmbad
Wir hatten hier einen schönen Wochenendurlaub. Man kann dort viel unternehmen. Leider konnten wir erst eine gute Stunde später in die Wohnung und mussten selbst für die Kurtaxe noch zum Fremdenbüro, was noch Mal eine halbe Stunde gedauert hat. Hier klappte die Kommunikation nicht. In der Wohnung war von Vormietern leider einiges kaputt. Schade, wenn es Gäste gibt die wirklich zerstörerisch mit der Einrichtung umgehen. Da kann zwischen den Gästen auch nicht alles beseitigt werden.

Über den Wolken
Tolle Lage,super Ausblick.Alles super geklappt.Einziger Wermutstropfen war der Bademeister im Schwimmbad.Unhöflich ,anmaßend..eigentlich fehlen einem die Worte dafür.Absolut fehl am Platz in dieser Position.Auch mussten wir leider erleben wie mit Familien mit Kindern umgegangen wird.Leider auch von Anwohnern die dort wohnen.Dieses Erlebnis ist das einzig Negative.Gerne kommen wir wieder und empfehlen es auch weiter.

Entspannung im Harz
Die Ferienwohnung war für uns 4 Erwachsene plus Hund, toll und konfortabel eingerichtet. Es fehlte an nichts, so dass man sich wie zu Hause fühlte. Sehr freundlich wurden wir von der Verwalterin empfangen und eingewiesen.Von möglichen fünf Sternen geben wir Fünf für diese Wohnung.
Durch die Kurkarte konnten wir entspannt mit dem Bus durch den Harz reisen und viele Orte besuchen.
Vollkommen ausreichend waren Schwimmbad und Sauna.
Leider mussten wir die Erfahrung machen, das seitens der Bewohner (Wohnungseigentümer) die Urlauber unerwünscht sind. Wörtlich wurde uns durch diese mitgeteilt, dass sie die Urlauber satt hätten, so auch durch uns für sie Kosten entstehen, für Reinigung und Pflege des Wellnesbereiches. Nur gut daß immer gleich eine Dame zur Stelle war, die uns belehrte wo Handtücher u.s.w. aufbewahrt werden dürfen. Wir kamen uns vor wie vor 60 Jahren im Kindergarten. Schnell merkten wir, daß auch andere Urlauber sehr unfreundlich behandelt wurden. Leider!
Trotz allem kommen wir gern wieder zu Ihnen in die schöne Wohnung mit dem herrlichen Ausblick vom Balkon.

Ein toller Urlaub
Wir haben wunderbare Tage in dieser wunderschönen Wohnung verbracht. Die Aussicht ist einfach unbeschreiblich! Die Lage - top, denn der Wald liegt nur ein paar Schritte entfernt, bis zur Innenstadt sind es 10 min zu Fuß, die Therme und der Baumwipfelpfad sind auch schnell zu erreichen.
Was uns total beheistert hat - wie gut an die Kinder gedacht wurde. Es gab Legosteine, Puzzles, Kinderbücher und eine nette Auswahl an DVDs. Auch an Erwachsene wurde gedacht. Ein bisschen schade fanden wir, dass die Dusche nur kaltes Wasser hatte, aber im Badezimmer (mit Wanne) war es eher viel schöner, also kein Problem. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Vielen Dank für eine super tolle Erholung.

Schön, großzügig und sauber
Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten. Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Es ist alles sauber und gepflegt.
Der Blick ist einfach klasse und die Lage sehr zentral. Das Schwimmbad, die Tischtennisplatte im 2.OG und der Brötchen-Service runden das Angebot ab.
Mini-Manko: Es dauert ziemlich lange, bis warmes Wasser kommt. Mag an der 10. Etage liegen.
Wir würden immer wieder kommen, da wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben.

Familienurlaub zum wandern
Die Wohnung ist toll gelegen und vom Balkon hat man einen unglaublichen Ausblick!
Sie ist etwas altbacken eingerichtet aber ordentlich und schön geräumig. Sie ist größtenteils sauber.
Schön wär es wenn beide Schlafzimmer mit einem Bett ausgestattet wären, da das Sofa im Schlafzimmer als auch Wohnzimmer super unbequem sind. Das Schwimmbad ist sauber Und sehr gut nutzbar! wir kommen gerne wieder.
