« Perhaps this hotel was a place to be in the 80’s… Old building, overrated. We have been botheres from the 1st minute by calls for massage, mgt check,… really not on purpose. They claim for 1500 PHP cash advance, no credit card allowed as anywhere else… and there is nothing in the minibar. Checkin/out is long just because of that. Swimming pool is shared with locals for 500 PHP, including food and drinks. Just imagine how comfortable it is for guests. No hot water, had to call reception, a guy...

« The staff is nice and the room was comfortable but it was ants everywhere (bathroom, bed, table...) and we can see it's an old hotel (wall not clean, door with termites...) At night there is a club just next to the hotel and we have free music with people who speak loudly. »

« Beautiful property with good staff and security. The room was very homey. Pool access is controlled with signing in with the attendant, but a very refreshing dip. It's a popular spot, so expect lots of kids though. Very nicely decorated, and as a Westerner, laying in front of the palm plants with the stone waterfall running was a very inviting tropical feel! The unit owner was very communicative, and was able to get us a parking spot after we rented a car, albeit after a parking fee and lots of...

« Je suis rester 1 mois dans cet hôtel, le personnel est très accueillant, les chambres sont propres, le petit déjeuner correct. Le seul point négatif est le wifi comme toujours à Bacolod, plusieurs jours sans et débit très mauvais la plupart du temps. Selon l'emplacement de la chambre il n'y a pas de wifi, mais si on reste plusieurs jours le personnel accepte de faire un transfert de chambre gratuit. »

"Perhaps this hotel was a place to be in the 80’s… Old building, overrated. We have been botheres from the 1st minute by calls for massage, mgt check,… really not on purpose. They claim for 1500 PHP cash advance, no credit card allowed as anywhere else… and there is nothing in the minibar. Checkin/out is long just because of that. Swimming pool is shared with locals for 500 PHP, including food and drinks. Just imagine how comfortable it is for guests. No hot water, had to call reception, a guy went after an hour. Cerberus is operation to access breakfast, which doesn’t worse it when they are big groups / conventions in the hotel (which is often). Not even a decent coffee."
