"No complaints about the room, it was exactly as described. What really ruined the stay for me was the fact that there was no handicapped parking directly in front of the building and the rude person that took my call told me to park in any open spot in the lot. That does not help me when I am on oxygen, using a cane and can't breathe well when walking long distances and to me, that was a long distance especially with luggage. Whomever was answering the phone and was not understanding English and had a nasty attitude needs some customer service training. There were handicapped parking spots in the underground parking that should be offered to someone with a handicap plaque. We enjoyed our first time at this property which is why we came back but after this trip, we won't be back. Too many other options."
"Great location close to everything in park city. Staff were really great. The indoor pool was very good and well maintained. The rooms were newer and clean. Dog friendly. Breakfast was better than at 95 percent of non luxury hotels I’ve stayed at. Very fresh, high quality items not the typical continental breakfast junk. The only thing that annoyed me was when we booked online we paid for the breakfast included option but at this hotel if you have four guests like we did only two of the guests get breakfast. That’s the weirdest thing ever and no other hotel we have ever stayed at ever had ridiculous bate and switch policy like that. Typical when we add breakfast to your reservation it’s included for all guests in your room."
"Microwave had exploded food from previous guest. Previous guest medicine on floor by bed. Loud guests? In the hallway carrying on until 2:30am, unable to sleep due to the noise."
"The bed in our room was Horrible! I was told that floor had been remodeled but there was dust all over. My major complaint is the bed. I keep rolling to the center. The bed has major lumps and it sways in the middle.
It's obviously been there a long time. Change your beds and I'll come back."
