The parking garage was so full people were parking along the sides because there were no spots. I think they should dedicate specific spots just for the hotel guests. »

« Amazing front desk, Staff! Awesome housekeeping! Quiet! It’s definitely a business hotel with class and elegant by affordable plenty of parking! And the front desk was so kind and hospitable! We had to extend our stay two times and they were able to make it work in the middle of spring break we had a family emergency that they knew nothing about at the front desk and was extremely flexible. I’m so great how they fit my family. »

« Was surprised by needing to pay for parking (just tell people to expect it...and you have to cross a street with your luggage, etc.) Check in and check out was not staffed well. Checking in there were three people at the desk but only one checking people in. The other two did not acknowledge any guests or the line forming at all. Assuming there were computer problems but at lesst look up and acknowledge it. Very cold. The one person checking people in, however, was working extremely hard...
