This was such a disappointing experience that it honestly doesn’t even deserve one star. The first impression was poor from the start, the hotel advertises itself as a boutique stay, but it was nothing like that in reality. The first night was appalling, with a room that smelled strongly of smoke, forcing us to request a move. We couldn’t even properly unpack because we were unsure if we’d be moved again. The second room wasn’t any better, with broken lights and a phone that didn’t work. Service was inconsistent too, room service was forgotten one day, and there wasn’t even an iron available when needed. It got to the point where we didn’t even feel comfortable trying the buffet breakfast because we were worried about what it would be like. Overall, a very poor experience and not one I would recommend.

It was nice but certainly did not feel like luxury. Points to improve: the breakfast could have some nicer bread options. Not exactly the fault of the hotel but we had loud gekos outside of our room (327) that were loud during the night

I can't fault the cleanliness, location, rooms and breakfast. I stayed 10 days at this wonderful hotel and I would fully recommend for anyone looking for a good reasonable priced hotel staying near the beach in Da Nang. The staff are really next level and can't do enough for you. Management should be proud on how their staff all conduct themselves to make sure everyone is looked after. Well done will be back soon. The hotel itself was quite nice and clean, and we likely would have given 4 or 5 stars except for the fact that the room described in our booking was not what we were given. We booked a two bedroom suite that was advertised as two bedrooms with private bathrooms, king beds, separate dining/living area with table and couch. What we received was a one bedroom suite where the couch had been removed and a queen bed put in its place. And the second 'ensuite' was more like a powder room with a small stand up shower that couldn't be used without flooding the whole bathroom. When we brought these discrepancies to the hotel we were told essentially you get what you get. And there was no effort to fix the unusable shower. Overall the hotel itself was fine, buffet breakfast was good and outside of the room issue the staff was very friendly but be aware that the photos online are intentionally deceiving and are advertised as much larger than reality.
