The hotel grounds are beautiful, staff is friendly. Room was clean, but toilet would not flush. They came to fix it after 25-30 min and it worked a couple times and we found it broken again around 10pm. Still wouldn’t flush. So frustrating, I had to use the trash bin to fill with water to flush the toilet. Also, the curtains didn’t shut all the way and anyone that passed by could see in our room where we slept if we had the light on. The door handle looks like it had been tampered with. Hotel is also about a 5 min drive on dirt road, which we don’t mind, but it would have been nice to know about it before hand. I would not book this location again, but it has potential if they pay more attention to detail.

When I first arrived staff took 15 mins to help me with everyone just being on their computers when I was the only one in line. The staff did not acknowledge we were there and made no eye contact. After I arrived to my room I had no AC just a fan that I was not able to use after a certain time. We had no towels when we got to the room either. The lights and hot water were not working after a certain time and turned back on 30 mins before we checked out. Came for a wedding and wanted to take a shower after and no hot water was available. Would not recommend.
