"The staff was really nice and helpful whenever possible. The pool was still open, which was pretty nice, it was pretty chilly at night so it was surprising. Room was clean, basic, it had everything we needed."

"I have stayed here a few times and every time I have the best experience. The rooms are really cute and cozy, the beds are comfortable and the pillows are nice as well. The shower is big and roomy. The pool is nice and the hot tub is too, the sauna is really nice add to the hotel. The room is clean, the staff is friendly and nice. I enjoy staying here every time I come and they are good with accommodations if needed. For example I have a bad knee and I was in a lot of pain and hurting after a long day of riding on the trials. Well the gentleman at the counter told me I was on the 3rd floor and offered to switch it to the first floor to help me out. I declined the offer but the fact that he took the time to offer the move for me to help says a lot about the staff alone. I can’t wait to go back and enjoy my stay in this hotel again."

"This place was in a really nice location. But it was missing some of the key factors that make a five star rating for me. We don't use Keurig for coffee and there was no way to heat water so I had to go buy an electric kettle so we could make coffee in our room. There was a strong smell of ammonia in the hallways. The restaurant food was excellent but the bar was very understaffed. The hotel staff was awesome helping my husband store his bikes."

"located right off route 191 on the south side of town. has an outdoor pool and hottub. decent breakfast and they also offer snacks and drinks throughout the day. the handicap room had wide doors and a sliding barn door to the bathroom, good grab-bars around the toilette. they have a system with a bench that can be set up in the shower to allow for an accessible shower that was quite nice. the real issue is that the facility is located right next to the highway and is not very well insulated and road noise (as well as noise between rooms) can be an issue at all hours of the day and night, as semi trucks accelerate or hit their engine breaks right here. if perhaps they were to add some insulation and install properly insulated windows this may cease to be an issue."
