"Darling place set in a peaceful setting out in the country! The grounds are absolutely gorgeous and many plants were flowering when we stayed. Kathie took very good care of us...we even had biscotti! We had a welcome card waiting for us, fan was on, water was stocked for us in the fridge and the place had a mix of new and old. The only issue we had was the heat. It can get hot in southern Oregon so we did have to take off some blankets and have the fan blowing on us. If you need a place to stay in the area, skip the hotel and stay here! There is even a washer and dryer!"

"We went here after talking to the host about needing a place where there would be no fireworks for our very scared dog. He said he would discuss it with the only people that were within a mile of the property and ask them to not do fireworks. They did fireworks and they were only 50 yards from us!! The people at the house close by tried to make us feel bad earlier in the day because we didn’t want their 2 dogs at our place. They told us they had locked them in a camper after we asked them to keep their dogs at their house! We felt awful! There is NO lakefront! There is NO creekside! Those words are misleading in the overview! You can hear a creek but no way to get to it. The lake is down the road. It you can drive to it. About a mile or two away! We left after only staying one night of our 2-night stay. No offer of a refund or any other words to explain what happened. My advice….don’t stay here! Pick something else!"

"It would be perfect for someone trying to escape the business of city life or someone who needs total peace and quiet! The room and home are old but nicely decorated the grounds are beautiful and the people are friendly. I didn’t realize just how remote it was until I arrived and that made me feel somewhat uneasy the girls also were bored but if I needed some time to myself and rest it was perfect!"

"This cabin is comfy with fun decor and everything you need to be comfortable. We loved the outdoor fire pit and seating area. We had a great time watching the turkeys and their babies, the deer and listening to the birds. The host is awesome and checked on us throughout our stay. Thanks for a lovely vacation spot!"
