Upstairs: large open kitchen leading to a bright dining/living area. For your comfort, there are two dining tables in this space. Living room with TV opening onto the balcony. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, 4-burner hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, toaster, and kettle. Bedrooms 1 and 2 each have a double bed, and the master bedroom features a vanity unit and shower.



In total: four shower rooms and three WCs. Laundry room with washing machine.



The house is near a railway line, but there is no disturbance: no trains at night and few during the day. Quiet, residential neighborhood. Enclosed, shaded garden with parking.
