A clean and quiet B&B close to Ayr beach and Pavilion, within walking distance of the town centre. The owner is helpful, just remember to let them know your approximate arrival time.
Clean, tidy and comfortable room near to the beach front. The only slight gripe is that the private bathroom isn’t actually in the bedroom. Otherwise a very enjoyable stay.

Paul the owner is charming lots of information
Planning on staying there again in Oct
Stayed there for the British Open a nice, friendly guest house. Bed was very comfortable, room and en-suite bathroom were clean and a good supply of tea and coffee in the room.
I had a great stay at this hotel. It looked nice and cozy, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The location is a big plus—just a short walk to both the city center and the beach, making it super convenient whether you’re looking to explore or relax. Overall, it’s a good place to stay if you want comfort and a great location.
Nice little place and location for an impromptu overnight stay, but wouldn’t choose longer. Seriously uncomfortable bed, seemingly shared bathroom for ground floor room. Didn’t like having to go out into lobby/reception area to use toilet and or shower.
Purpose served for a one night stay. No problem with staff or other guests and a convenient location with parking.
Paul’s Burnside House bed and breakfast is a great place to stay right near the west coast of Scotland . Excellent host and the Scottish breakfast was a delight . Top marks
A lovely and welcoming Guest House. A comfortable room with tea and coffee making facilities, and an excellent breakfast. No problems parking on the road outside the property. 2 minutes walk to the beach and 5 minutes walk into town
Beautiful hotel and a beautiful location. There is no elevator, so please keep this in mind if you're not in condition to carry your bags up potentially 3 flights of stairs. The location is excellent and conveniently located. We loved the walkability.
Sea view, modern, large and clean room. Big bathroom too. Good location with a short walk to the beach and restaurants. Best cooked breakfast we had on our mini Scotland tour. Host is very knowledgeable and gives useful advice.
