"We can’t believe we were so lucky to find this amazing place!!! It has great free parking, easy walk to everything and wasn’t in the crazy, touristy town of Gerome… but minutes away. We spent more time in Orthinsar than anywhere because it was so charming. The breakfast was wonderful… omelets, full spread. The pool is clean and in a great spot for after a long day for a swim in the sun. If we return to Cappadocia, we wouldn’t stay anywhere but the Noble Blue. Ps. Loved the staff, too!!!"

"The rooms were cleaned every day. Hussein was amazing and went far and above to make sure we were comfortable. We experienced kindness from everyone. Samira, owner, was also helpful by showing us the best places to see and visit. It would be amiss of me not to mention the traditional Turkish breakfast offered.
