"宿泊前に送ったスーツケース(2個)はリクエスト通りお部屋に先に入れていただけて、しかも今回、予約部屋より広めのお部屋に入れていただけたので、改めてスーツケースの中の荷物整理など楽にできて本当に助かりました。お部屋もバスルームもきちんと清掃されていて清潔感があって気持ちよく利用させていただきました。今後も機会あればぜひ利用させて頂こうと思います。"

"Beautiful hotel, elegant and well thought through from the free shuttle to downtown and from the train station to the convenience store on the main floor. We stayed in a triple room and had lots of space. One of the elevators was glass giving you an incredible view of the harbour. Pillows were a bit odd but you can ask for a softer set. Kettle and AC in every room. We loved it! Stay here for sure."
