深夜まで部屋飲みして大人数で騒いでいる日本人中高年団体客…フロントへ苦情を言わざるを得なく電話するとすぐさま対応してくれました。 翌日にはチェックアウトの際にスタッフさんが同フロアの方々へきちんとお詫びの声掛けをしてくれて気分良く帰ることが出来ました。 スタッフさん達の素敵な対応に感謝します。。

快適な旅

今回は主人と息子、そして私の母と兄との５人での旅行。 ホテルの部屋、お風呂、レストランからは海を眺めることができ最高でした。 部屋は6畳二間だったので、ゆったりと過ごすことができました。 従業員の方もとても印象が良く、快適に過ごせました。 朝食も種類が多く全て食べることができなかったので、もう一度泊まりたいと思っています。
