Renovated in 2014 with natural materials, fully equipped, this pretty cozy nest can accommodate up to 4 travelers in an ecotourism spirit. The separate kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, oven, stove, refrigerator, freezer, kitchen utensils and crockery, extractor, toaster, coffee maker. In the living room you will find a table and 4 chairs, a coffee table, a convertible sofa 1 place futon, an armchair. The spacious bedroom overlooking a plane tree can accommodate 3 people with its double bed (140x190) and single bed (90x190). The modern bathroom has a large shower, a heated towel rail, toilets. linen, dryer, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer available... Linen is provided as well as basic hygiene products. Coffee and tea offered to welcome you. Host Carole has gone above and beyond in her attention to every detail. We loved exploring Avignon and if/when we return we will hope to be able to stay here again. If you are traveling in winter (we stayed here in early January) , please note, this is an old building and can be chilly at night (especially in the front room and kitchen). Aug 11, 2024 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### A wonderful 4 night stay in centre of Avignon We have stayed here at Carole’s small but convenient apartment for 4 nights, but due to circumstances and our enormous luck, Carole let us in very early on the first day and has let us stay late on this our last day( we are leaving about 3pm Carole) The temperatures over the last week in Avignon have been over35C every day, and if we had had to stay out in that heat cooling our brains until we could get in and leave we would have cooked…..so a huge thank you Carole Despite the apartment not having air conditioning we have managed, by keeping all the windows and doors closed from 10am , and opening them in the early morning when one of us got up, this has worked well, plus the use of a tiny fan in lounge We have missed not having a TV , to watch the Olympics , but so much to see in this beautiful small city it hasn’t mattered Apartment is just one step from mainly pedestrian streets and all sights, plus markets, Saturdays was fabulous and next street over, easy walk from station ( which also goes to TGv station ) We have enjoyed our stay here Carole and thanks so much for your hospitality ##### Sandra D.
