"Had to change rooms as the original room had a sewer gas leak from the tub that became apparent after our morning showers. We were quickly moved to a new room with no problem but should not have been given that room to start with. The staff was excellent at the front desk. The only other problem was that the pancake maker was not available for breakfast."

The upper lock was cracked on the door, so not sure how well it would have held up if someone tried to break into our room, but unfortunately we did not notice until very late in the evening with an already sleeping child.
