This lovely 37m² studio boasts a fantastic location, situated in front of Ria, with easy access to popular attractions, shops, supermarkets, and a diverse range of restaurants offering a wide selection of cuisines. Designed with an open-concept layout, the space seamlessly integrates the living, dining, sleeping, and kitchen areas. You'll enjoy a cozy double bed with premium hotel-quality linens, a comfortable single sofa bed, a flat-screen TV for your entertainment, and a dining table perfect for shared meals. The kitchenette is fully equipped with all essential cookware and utensils, including an electric hob and a coffee machine, making meal preparation effortless. Plenty of natural light fills the space, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere. The bathroom is stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience. For your comfort, the home is always professionally cleaned. Please note that stairs must be climbed to access the studio. Enjoy your stay! Guests will have access to the entire home! We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. This is one of the most central neighbourhoods in Aveiro, making it an ideal base for exploring the city. It is near several important cultural sites, including the Museu de Aveiro (Aveiro Museum), housed in the former Convento de Jesus, which showcases a mix of religious art and the history of the region. The Sé de Aveiro (Aveiro Cathedral) is also nearby, offering insight into the city’s religious heritage. The neighbourhood's proximity to the canals allows easy access to one of Aveiro’s most iconic experiences—taking a ride on a moliceiro, the traditional boats that were once used to harvest seaweed and are now a popular tourist attraction. This area offers a variety of dining options, from traditional Portuguese cuisine to more contemporary choices. You can enjoy local delicacies like ovos moles, a sweet treat made from eggs and sugar, which is a speciality of the region. The best way to reach the property is by car or Taxi. The Aveiro station is located just 1.5 km away. The Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is just a 55-minute drive. This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
