« Cleanest hotel I’ve ever been in. Hotel breakfast was clean, hot, and so good compared to other hotels. The lady at the front desk (blond hair) was SO NICE! »

« We actually booked this property for our DJ for our son’s wedding. He and his wife said it was the best nights sleep they had in a while. They felt safe and safe leaving their equipment outside. »

« Très bon hôtel avec un accueil très sympa »

« Close to our venue. Nice enough to get some rest for a busy weekend. »

« Very happy. Will do again. »

« Nice, big building with big, comfy lobby. We were at the end of a long hallway so it was nice and private for us. Woman in charge was very pleasant and competent. Got us checked in right away. »

« We came to visit our son at SIU and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was nice, clean, and very affordable. The breakfast was great, with lots of options. There's a bar right next to the hotel, which was nice, and a couple of restaurants nearby. The area felt safe and had a good amount of activity. Overall, a really good place to stay when visiting SIU! »

« Very nice. Easy check in, clean room, nice shower and accommodations. »

« Owner was very responsive. We had a great time. We will stay at one of our locations again when we are in town. »

« Everything with the house was great. Even the minor issues with the internet and washer going down were handled quick. Beautiful property and very communicative »

« This is NOT a 3 bedroom, it is a 2 bedroom with a small futon in the living room. Access is by outside stairs that are grate-style. Apartment was clean except for floors and under the beds. Kitchen was great (stovetop bulb is not operational), plenty of cookware and kitchenware. Internet was not working. Close to downtown area, plenty of parking, walking distance to local shops, quiet area. »

« The 1st room I was given the AC unit would not plug into the outlet. The 2nd room I was given had roaches nesting behind the hair dryer plug. The 3rd room I was given had what looked like live fleas on bathroom floor. I then ask for refund. Pretty sad! »

« When first walking into the room the air was stale as the air unit had been kept completely off, but once turned on it wasn’t noticeable anymore. The room was very dated and definitely needed a facelift. However it was kept very clean with comfortable bedding. If I needed to stay overnight in this town again I would choose here. »

« The property was beautiful. However it was listed on Expedia as having a sofa bed which we required. It did not have a sofa bed. It didn’t even have a sofa, it had a love seat. Pretty hard for someone to sleep on. Also, the bar/nightclub attached will keep you up till closing. Very loud. Check with who rented the room next to you. We had a group shooting an adult film. Loud sexual noises followed by a shower and then repeated numerous times. Started in the evening and went all night until 7am....
